
The Ray White Event Hub
Get family and friends together, grab a coffee and gather at the Ray White Event Hub in Queen Street at 10am for a day filled with fun and excitement. There will be live entertainment, face painting, singers and dancers, African drummers and a performance by the WPS Choir. There’s something for everyone!
10am-11am:
A VISIT FROM THE WOOLLAHRA FIRE AND RESCUE TRUCK
The Woollahra Fire and Rescue Truck will be parked in Dorhauer Lane from 10am. The team of local firies will help the kids aboard the truck, demonstrate how the sirens and the flashing lights work and put the kids in the driver’s seat. It’s the perfect photo opportunity! The team will also have a booth alongside the truck in the car park where a range of family goodie bags and fire safety merchandise will be available.



10am-2pm:
WOOLLAHRA LIBRARIES SPARK TRUCK

Look out for the Woollahra Libraries’ colourful Spark Truck at the Ray White Event Hub!
Come along and sign up for free membership to our library services. Learn about our engaging programs and exciting activities. Join in games, craft activities and story-time sessions for kids and families, led by library staff.
Browse our collection of free books for children: board books, picture books, fiction and non-fiction titles to spark their imagination. Library staff will be on hand with reading recommendations for all ages.

HOLDSWORTH OP SHOP POP-UP

Join us for the Holdsworth Op Shop Pop-Up on Saturday, 29th March at the Woollahra Festival. Our stall will showcase a carefully curated selection of gently used, high-quality items generously donated by our community. There will be something for everyone from pre-loved clothing and accessories to books and homewares. It’s a wonderful opportunity for festival attendees to discover one-of-a-kind treasures and support the work we do at Holdsworth.
Holdsworth is a dedicated not-for-profit charity based in Woollahra, proudly serving the community for over 80 years. We are committed to enhancing lives through our aged care, disability, and family services playgroup. CLASSICAL INDIAN DANCE PERFORMANCE

Experience the magic of Bollywood and Indian classical dance with a performance by the captivating Darling Bollywood Studio. Led by Rima, founder and instructor of Darling Bollywood, the troupe will present a selection of dances based on the classical tradition. Rima has been dancing since the age of 4 and has over 12 years of classical Indian dance training in Kolkata, India, in the Bharatnatyam and Kathak styles. Her love for dance has been a constant throughout her school and university life, with her performing to many Bollywood tunes as a solo artist and with troupes to entertain friends, family and audiences alike.

VESELKA UKRAINIAN DANCE ENSEMBLE

The Woollahra Festival 2025 is delighted to present the Veselka Ukrainian Dance Ensemble of Sydney in the Dorhauer Lane Event Hub. Veselka is the Ukrainian word for ‘rainbow’, reflected in the dancers’ colourful costumes and energetic performance. Every Veselka production celebrates the rich cultural traditions of Ukraine, from the welcome of bread and salt in the Pryvit, to the lively finale of the Hopak. Veselka believes that the wealth of a nation lies in its heritage, particularly dance.
12pm-12.30pm:
IRINA SHISKOVA BALLET SCHOOL DANCERS
Featuring students aged 7–14, with choreography by Miss Irina, this performance offers the audience a varied program, with a selection of ballet, jazz and contemporary works. These dedicated young dancers can’t wait to take the stage to showcase their technical skill and artistic expression, and to share their training and progress with the Woollahra community.

THE WOOLLAHRA PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOIR
The Woollahra Public School Choir is thrilled to participate in the Woollahra Festival 2025 bringing their voices to the heart of our community. Known for their harmonious blend and passionate performances, the choir, made up of talented students from various grade levels, will showcase a selection of uplifting and crowd-favourite songs. Their performance highlights the school’s commitment to fostering musical talent and community engagement.
This event provides students with a valuable opportunity to share their love of music beyond the classroom, connect with the audience, and experience the joy of live performance. As they take the stage, festival attendees can expect a heartwarming and inspiring set that celebrates unity through song. ZAHRAVA UKRAINIAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION DANCE ENSEMBLE
Woollahra Festival 2025 is delighted to showcase the Zahrava Ukrainian Youth Association Dance Ensemble. The Ukrainian dances are full of colour and beauty, and some are so energetic and fast paced that you can get caught up in it all from just watching! Ukrainian dancers range from young children through to adults.
